Igor Ochepovsky

Igor Ochepovsky is a sought-after composer, guitarist and producer, collaborating with major artists of the Czech alternative and pop scene, such as Ewa Farna, David Koller, 7krát3, ILÆY and Klára Vytisková. Ochepovsky currently leads Lenka Dusilova's backing band.

Ochepovsky has written music for theatre (Losers Cirque Company, La Putyka), films (En tierra de machos, el joto es rey, El silencio de la sirena A Day of Mourning) and computer games (Blast Brigade vs. the Evil Legion of Dr. Cread).
 
In 2016 he founded the Ochepovsky Project, which has become one of the biggest discoveries of the Czech jazz and alternative scene. Ochepovsky concentrates around him excellent musicians of a wide genre dispersion, under whose hands original and eclectic music is created, with a mix of jazz, neo-soul, hip hop and pop. In 2016, they released the album I'm the Wind, and three years later followed up with the complex seven-song live EP Take Care of Me.
